“ I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm very picky about my ramen, especially authentic ramen. This place hits the spot every single time. From their broth to their amazing handmade ramen, to the vibe and the amazing Japanese snacks/drinks. They are a bit pricey, but VERY worth it. During the summer, they even have outside seating. It's absolutely amazing to eat some of the best ramen in town while feeling a nice summer breeze. ”
“ Best ramen in Fairbanks, Alaska. The soup is super delicious, doesn’t feel as if I am in Alaska. But it takes me back to ramen shop in Hokkaido. Dont forget to order the gyoza. It worths walking 10 mins under heavy snow to this secluded spot. At first I thought it was a closed parking spot. But then I saw the OPEN signage on the seemed desserted building. It is definitely an underated review in google. It should have moreeee reviews than this. it ”
“ The food was top tier. The Kombucha was mind shattering. The Apple Crisp was so smooth and had no bite to it. I had to get the 64oz of it (21) aka “The Guzzler” to take home. I got the vegetarian tan tan ramen and they did such a great job with the tofu textures. I thought it was beef and it honestly was just tofu. It was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. (Don’t get it if you aren’t a glutton for spicy punishment ) They are masterful in that kitchen ”
“ Food is amazing! Service is sort of lacking, o my because I believe not many work there. It’s hard to get a hold of someone at the front, but there is an order screen by the door. It is small inside and the seating is a long table with bar stools, so might not be best for a big group. My favorite is the Black Garlic Ramen...so good!! ”
“ Hidden gem of Fairbanks! I've gone to their place since their initial open, and their menu has widen but also lost some really good tasty treats (most of their bakery goods are no longer offered!) But their food selection is still on point! Their Ramen and bao buns are my ultimate fave. If you want the most authentic ramen locally, this is your place. The seating is limited and bar style, very fitting for a single person or duo visit, less accommodating for large groups. Also their newer location is not in a high traffic area and somewhat hidden. ”
“ Food is excellent here. We ordered everything vegan and it was so delicious. The kombucha is must try as well. ”
“ Great food for Fairbanks. Quick service for high quality Japanese food. Love how they’ve decorated the place with art and anime. Love the onigiri!! The ramen is great, the eggs could be better. ”
“ Tonkotsu ramen is probably the one of the best ramen I had in US, thin but medium firm noodles with rich soup base, perfect boiled egg with super soft chashu. I almost finish all the soup! I paired the vegetables gyoza and kombucha set, it turned out to very tasty too. Edamame’s portion is way bigger than the normal appetizer based on its price. Really love this gem restaurant, will visit again when I’m in Fairbanks. ”
